Booking Policy

Thank you for choosing Safari Trips Abu Dhabi. Our booking policy is designed to be simple and guest-friendly — book today, pay later, and enjoy your desert experience with total peace of mind.

Book Now, Pay Later

You can secure your booking on a book now, pay later basis with no upfront deposit. Your payment will be collected by your driver on the day of the tour, before the activity begins, depending on the payment method you choose.

Accepted Payment Methods

• Card payment (Visa / Mastercard / debit cards): paid via our in-vehicle POS terminal. Card payments incur an extra 10% bank VAT and processing fee on top of the package price.
• Cash payment (AED): paid directly to your driver. Cash payments carry no extra charges — the price you see is the price you pay.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellations made 24 hours or more before your tour start time: you are eligible for a full refund .
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of your tour start time: only a 50% refund will be issued to cover driver, vehicle and camp commitments already made on your behalf.
• No-shows (you do not appear at pickup and do not contact us) will not be eligible for a refund.

Rescheduling

You may reschedule your tour to another date or time at no extra cost, subject to availability, provided you notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
